Supervising personnel in the production area on 2nd or 3rd shifts;
Enforcing company policies in a fair and consistent manner;
Producing a high quality product at the lowest possible cost consistent with GMPs;
Recognizing and taking steps to resolve operating problems;
Requesting and directing the services of maintenance, sanitation and other personnel as necessary;
Cooperating with all departments to assure a coordinated work relationship exists at all times;
Keeping accurate and up-to-date records.
EDUCATION: 4-year degree required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
3
years of supervisory experience in a food processing environment;
Bilingual skills are a requirement for 2nd shift;
3rd shift prefers bilingual skills, but not required;
Proven ability to train and motivate department personnel;
Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building and problem-solving skills;
Proven ability to coordinate and supervise all department functions;
Must have the ability to work overtime or weekends as required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
